Privacy and Shipping Policy

The security of  your personal information is very important to us.  We never sell, rent or give your personal information to any third parties under any circumstances.  We value your trust and work to protect the security and privacy of any personal information you provide to us and will only use it in such a manner as to accomplish the completion of the sale. We do not maintain (in house or otherwise) any mass mailing list.  You will only receive e-mails from us that are deemed necessary to complete a transaction or furnish information requested.

If for any reason hileri.com is out of a product and cannot ship it in a timely manner we will fully refund your money the same way you paid.  It doesn't happen very often that we or the manufacture does not have the part in stock. We do reserve the right to ship any products direct from the manufacture.  We will email you or call your if there are any problems with this matter.

All Returns are subject to a 25 % restocking fee. All products must be returned in unused, new condition and in the original packaging or it will be refused. Refunds will be issued in the same method of payment was used for the original purchase. Freight charges are non-refundable. No returns will be accepted after 30 days.

We will only ship to the Continental United States unless other arrangements have been made. All orders over $75.00 are shipped for free in the continenental United States either UPS ground or USPS.
